I/we hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SPRINGFIELD CARNIVAL ASSOCIATION, INC. for any injuries or damages sustained by anyone in my/our unit as a result of participating in the CARNIVAL PARADE on August 17, 2024. I further acknowledge and agree that the SPRINGFIELD CARNIVAL ASSOCIATION, INC. is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
